This laid the foundation for a rewarding career that unfolded with hands-on experience at a body shop, eventually leading me to entrepreneurship with the successful establishment and operation of my own body shop for several years.My expertise encompasses key account management, new business development, negotiation, business planning, and inventory management. Over the years, I've played a pivotal role in managing expansive portfolios of dealer groups, generating leads, implementing customer retention programs, and significantly contributing to increased profits and overall business success.In my current capacity as the Director of Sales and Support at OnPart for the past nine years, I've been instrumental in connecting parts suppliers with various collision estimation platforms. This role involves empowering Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), recyclers, aftermarket entities, body shops, large fleets, insurance companies, and membership organizations to elevate their parts sales.Leading the Sales and Support team at OnPart, I actively engage with developers to refine the design and functionality of our software. Additionally, I provide crucial consultation to customers, ensuring that our solutions align seamlessly with their needs and expectations. This commitment to delivering value has been fundamental in fostering satisfaction among our esteemed clients.My enduring passion lies in bridging gaps within the parts industry, driving enhanced sales opportunities for our valued customers and partners.
