3Bear Energy is a small private equity backed midstream company looking to make investments in domestic energy infrastructure build outs and green field pipeline construction. As Director of Finance, I am responsible for all internal modeling, cash flow and investment analysis. I report to the CFO.

Responsible for A&D modeling, Forecasting, Budgeting, Internal Reporting, Press Releases, capital market activities including Equity offerings (over $1 bn raised) and Debt offerings (First issue in March 2011 $300 mm + $200 mm follow on in 2012), shareholder meetings, board meetings, all public and internal presentations, manage general data and document control, competitive analysis, economic and market analysis and investor relations. I report to the Chief Financial Officer and have one reportee.

Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Statement analysis, Comparative Analysis of competitors, variance analysis, reporting and compliance issues, moderate investor relations role, moderate FYE tax support. I answer to the CFO and attend all board meetings and prepare all presentations, press releases, and internal models. I support accounting in our quarterly closes and SEC reporting functions. I take a very active roll in any equity/debt offerings, preparing offering memoranda, CIMs, circle ups, press releases and relevant SEC filings.
