At the seminar, I developed my invincible vision for a new and revolutionary type of private aviation company, and XJet® was born. XJet® has since risen from start-up to challenger brand to the number-one private aviation company globally. As a true industry disruptor, we challenged the status quo and placed world-class service, state-of-the-art facilities, and transparent economics at the core of our business model. In 2018, XJet completed an asset purchase sale with Tiger Infrastructure Partners ($3.2B AUM), with Josh retained as a strategic advisor. Tiger utilized XJet to create and develop an FBO network with Modern Aviation's platform, growing from just one location with the acquisition to 16 locations. In 2023, Apollo (NYSE: APO—$512B AUM) acquired a majority stake in Modern Aviation. Apollo Funds and affiliated entities have invested over $12 billion in the aviation industry. Josh retained ownership of the XJet® model and trademark, and continues to seek new opportunities. The sky is no longer the limit! -

DirectorBelize Natural Energy Limited Feb 2008 - Apr 2020BelizeBNE was founded by a group of Irish investors trained in the Educo Model®, who discovered the first oil in Belize. A 97% Belizean team powers the company, which has consistently been the leading revenue generator and employer in Belize. It has contributed over US $250 million in government revenues and gained global recognition for its award-winning model. In my role with BNE, I have successfully led multiple high-level government and investor delegations between the UAE and Belize, establishing the first formal bilateral relationships between the two countries. These efforts resulted in the signing of bilateral trade agreements at the United Nations Headquarters in 2015 and a bilateral economic cooperation agreement with the UAE Ministry of Economy in 2019. As a result of these delegations, trade agreements, and treaties, investment has flowed from the UAE into Belize from both the government and private sector as the county-to-county alliance strengthens and develops. -
