Homeowners have 30x the net-worth as renters, so this is an important first step for most people in establishing financial stability.I am also passionate about helping those less fortunate than me. I spent a few years living abroad among the Mayan people of Guatemala, and now I am a director of an organization that is designed to help Guatemalan Families. It is a small teaching farm that helps families one by one, to nourish themselves through learning and support of gardening, small-scale farming, hygiene & self reliance.
