Define, refine, and uphold the company's mission and principles. Focus the company's resources on a financially feasible product with validated public-interest: a new kind of dating app (see link (1) for more details). Design and iterate on the architecture, user flows, key differentiators, marketing material, and other instrumental high-level resources. Architect, implement, and test an event-sourced web-socket framework for the beta app using kotlin, javascript, kafka, postgres, and react. Design a simple prototype of the group-ice-breaker feature of the app using discord. Run a successful test of a group-dating event using the prototype.
