Born in a tiny working class town in Northern NY and not coming from a wealthy or well connected family forced me to grow up quickly and taught me to appreciate everything in life and i'd have to create my own success by working hard, never-ending optimism, and utilizing opportunities I received. Quitting has never been in my DNA.My goals have been to be an amazing husband/father, and positively impact the lives of people. I love coaching and strive to be the man people can look up to and ultimately be the best possible version of myself while inspiring others to do the same. That, along with my competitive nature, have been the driving force behind my success.I started with Vector Marketing selling Cutco Cutlery in June of 2007 in between semesters of college. I rapidly became one of the top sales reps became one of the main players to help us win the national championship. I set myself apart with my sales performance and was promoted into our company’s management and training program.During the school year, I trained to become a Branch Manager and then I broke/set the branch sales record in St. Lawrence County. Because of my success as a BM, I was promoted in 2010 to the Pilot Manager position in Rochester, NY, again breaking/setting the all time record for our Empire division in sales.
After the most successful run as a Branch and Pilot manager in divisional history, I was promoted to being the District Manager in 2011-breaking/setting the all time sales record in the Buffalo District.Being a District Manager for Vector Marketing Corp. is my professional passion and I’m blessed to be working with and leading young adults and students. I get to help them develop the skills, confidence, and mentality that their future self will always thank them for. My Buffalo Sales team has generated over $8 million, ranking us in the top 3 in company history in our Empire Division.Over the last 15 years, I’ve recruited, trained, and developed students in all different fields through our programs and it has led to guest lectures at different universities, podcast and magazine features, and I've had the opportunity to speak at local high schools and business conferences along with being an internship coordinator for numerous students over the last decade.Our mission is to be the premier work opportunity for students and young adults, while helping them grow into the best version of themselves, one day at a time and launch people into their dream career. Our student work program is designed to help our students become 5-Star Graduates.
