True cradle-to-grave development management in delivering varied and challenging University capital projects; including base buildings, renovations, and strategic space planning. Responsibilities include budgets, schedules, entitlements, management over project team and external consultants, as well as overall execution for all assigned projects from feasibility, programming, and design through construction, closeout, and transition. All managed projects delivered on time and under budget.

Utilizing my experience and understanding of small business, I started this real estate and construction services consulting and contracting company. Project management, Owner representation, market studies, business development, marketing, sales, estimating, and accounting were some of the services offered.

In this smaller developer/builder environment, my unique position was responsible for the entire life cycle of all development and construction projects; from planning and acquisition through design, construction, sales/disposition, and closeout. Projects included mid to high end luxury townhomes in Buckhead as well as Brookhaven and Druid Hills.

My construction management company teamed up with Bonner Custom Homes and Blane Construction in the development and construction of the Humphrey Estate; a 47,000 sqft mansion on 70+ acres valued in excess of $40 million.

Successfully helped manage and coordinate over 300,000 square feet and over $20 million of new developments simultaneously in hard bid General Contractor environment. All managed projects delivered on time and under budget.
