The role of Senior Process Improvement & Change Management Officer is part of the Enterprise Governance & Performance team reporting to the Executive Director for Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE). This team has an enterprise wide view which spans over 11,000+ employees and 140+ schools within the Brisbane diocese. Key responsibilities are:-Development and implementation of an Enterprise Change Management framework, policy and guidance documentation for BCE;-Partner in developing, implementing and operationalising a Project and Program management framework across the enterprise;-Development and implementation of change management strategies and plans;-Development and management of implementation of new systems and process across the enterprise;-Mentoring and coaching the Executive team on best change management practices and methodologies;-Contribute to the development of BCE change management capability;-Contribute and promote the development, alignment, attainment and review of the strategic plan, mission and vision;-Engaging, communicating and managing a stakeholder list across the BCE enterprise;-Rolling out change management training, coaching and skill development across the organisation;-Working closely with all schools and business units in developing and implementing change plans;-Monitoring the overall success of change initiatives throughout the organisation to ensure continuous improvement of change processes are relevant for the organisational context;-Development of change management strategies for large scale, transformational programs, strategies and projects throughout the enterprise;-Facilitate ongoing organisational change management best practice within BCE, including the development of agreed processes, procedures, templates and training documentation; and,-Provide change management readiness assessments in relation to programs and outputs, including advice change management and employee transition risks and issues.

- Strategy and process maps gap analysis across RTIO and RTCA business units;- Management of change management projects and activities across the asset management department;- Management of an offshore team in India in analysing, developing and implementation of best practice asset management strategies, practices, tactics, CMMS master data and operational plans that fit the strategic direction of the organisation;- Lifecycle modelling of assets;- Ensuring asset strategies maximise the value of each asset and align with the short and long term strategy of RTCA;- Working across multiple Rio Tinto Coal operational sites within NSW and QLD in delivery of projects within fixed and mobile plant, infrastructure and related services and utilities;- Supervision of the long-term maintenance planning team across multiple QLD coal sites;- Partner in developing and implementing new software solutions to maximise returns to shareholders across Rio Tinto;- Vendor engagement and negotiations;- Contract management;- Identification and day-to-day management of associated risk;- Management and implementation of the maintenance teams change management system and associated request on a day-to-day basis;- Monthly reporting on the change management system, change management request and resulting project and program works;- Multiple stakeholder engagement and communication;- Development, proposal and implementation of innovative solutions to meet a variety of needs (cost savings, life extension, resource usage reduction, strategy change, statutory requirements and more);- Liaison across multiple Rio Tinto business units in development and implementation of best practice;- Budge development, proposal and management;- KPI development and management; and,- Drive a positive safety culture within RTCA and my team.

- Project and Change management of multiple green and brown field projects within the east and west Pilbara RTIO operational sites. This includes fixed and mobile plant, infrastructure and related services, airports and utilities;- Managing, communicating and reporting across multiple stakeholders;- KPI development and management;- Partner in developing and implementing new software solutions to maximise returns to shareholders across Rio Tinto;- Developing and proposing scopes and budgets for all change management project work;- Stakeholder engagement and needs assessment;- Leading team(s) of both onshore and offshore resources in assessing, developing and implementing world-class asset management processes and practices for the whole of life management of RTIO assets. This is done in accordance within proposed scope and budget;- Key member in developing and implementing a risk and compliance database across WA and associated mitigation planning at the asset level;- Vendor engagement and negotiations;- Delivery of cost savings initiatives across the RTIO business;- Key stakeholder in the development of process maps and 5-year asset management strategy within RTIO;- Contractor management;- Being an SME across the RTIO business for best practice asset management practices; and,- Manage the implementation of CMMS (SAP) master data across RTIO operational sites.

-As per the role title of ‘Maintenance Specialist’ plus the following;-Leading and management of a 30+ team across RTIO;-Senior leadership engagement and communication across all RTIO operational and centralised teams;-Strategy and process design, gap analysis and implementation in order to ‘fit’ the greater RTIO vision, mission and strategic plan;-Developing relationships across multiple Rio Tinto business units to share and maximise the value added across teams. Ensuring best practise is being applied, duplication of effort is reduced and ensuring that every hour and dollar spent is fully maximised to the benefit of Rio Tinto;-Development and management of yearly budgets; and,-Driving a positive safety culture.

- Management of the Australian Defence Force CMMS systems and maintenance strategies for FNQ QLD and Darwin regions;- Management of systems hardware (servers and client machines);- Development and delivery of CMMS training materials to defence and defence support members;- Liaison between other defence establishments around Australia for analysis, development and implementation of standardised work management practices;- Day-to-day systems support to all system users;- Establishment and day-to-day management of stakeholder engagement, KPI and communication plans;- Ensuring IT infrastructure and maintenance strategies comply with civil and defence regulatory requirements.
