I am currently the Technical Director at Axcelx Technologies the local leader in Hybrid Cloud Solutions. I oversee over 20 racks of servers providing things from basic troubleshooting to setting up firewalls and backup solutions. I also deploy new servers, hypervisors, switches, firewalls, PDUs, etc. On top of this, I also work with clients to help with any issues they may be experiencing with their server or infrastructure. Whether it be something as simple as a forced reboot or as extensive as needing to open up the server and diagnose individual components. Along with this my daily tasks also include managing maintenance periods, scheduling different tasks with customers, handling any Emergency issues that may occur, and more.

Here at JA Enterprises LLC I am the CEO and I oversee day to day operations for our many projects in the Game Server Hosting industry. I do everything from scheduling meetings, deploying new hardware, following up on leads, organizing development cycles, finding contractors for different projects, and much more. My main duties however usually entail delegation, management, and server operations.

At DR Teks I worked as a Lead Technician and a Technician depending on the job we had. As a Lead Technician I would lead a team of Technicians and coordinate with both the client and movers to efficiently complete the task. Most jobs included disconnecting and reconnecting peoples PC work stations and preparing them for transport to the new location. We also did complex moves for Server equipment and data center moves that required more extensive knowledge of how networks work and how to effectively distribute power in a datacenter setting. As a technician I helped with those tasks and as a Lead Technician I oversaw those tasks and made sure it was completed correctly as well as communicate with the client.

I worked at Axcelx for a short period of time during my health problems but realized it was to much to handle at that moment.

I worked in a call center remotely and answered calls for customers who are looking for technical assistance with there PC, Tablet, Printers, Router, etc.

I created, owned, and operated my own company which had several successful online gaming communities and game servers. I ran all day to day operations for the business while actively going to high school and college. My main management tasks include weekly/bi-weekly staff meetings for over 60 volunteer staff members from around the world, hiring/firing staff, training volunteers in both customer service and technical skills, and much more. Along with management tasks I also did a lot of technical tasks as well which included deploying dedicated servers into our Proxmox Cloud infrastructure, creating and configuring VMs for new Game Servers, troubleshooting any errors or problems that may occur, and more. I had to eventually sell the company due to personal health reasons.
