- Hire, train, and develop a staff of committed employees while managing a high turnover rate due to business seasonality. Develop a culture that rewards outstanding performance while seeking to exceed customer.
- Drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits through a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage inventory using FIFO (First In First Out), place purchasing orders semi-weekly to maintain freshness in a JIT (Just In Time) manner, and plan treat production daily based upon weather, seasonality, and customer.
- Develop and continuously improve processes with a focus on Lean methods that minimize waste and prioritize customer value. KEY RESULTS: During 4 full years of ownership (2015-9), store sales have increased every year.
