He has worked with a range of clients, including startups and hyper-growth companies such as Square, Yelp Reservations, Snapchat, and Asana. With a focus on helping historically excluded communities unlock their potential, Josh has been instrumental in launching initiatives to increase representation in the tech sector.As the Director of Tech Talent Advancement at the Kapor Center, Josh played a key role in co-founding LTX Quest, the largest national gathering for Latinx in Tech, and helped to establish a national Latinx in Tech engagement program.
