Metrolinx representative on secondment to work with consultants and SME to deploy an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution for Metrolinx. Metrolinx has more than $19B of assets and implementation of the EAM solution will be transformative. Once complete, maintains and operations of assets will be standardize and managed in a customized Infor EAM environment. An integrated digital library and enterprise GIS are also being developed in support of EAM deployment.

• Non-profit organization promoting electric vehicles (EV), with sponsorship support from Ontario Power Generation, TD Bank, Power Workers Union and the Ministry of Transportation• Lead fundraising and grant writer, attracting more than $400,000+ of investment• Developed a methodology for comparing fuel costs and life cycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of electric and gas cars, the basis of the organization’s education campaign• Collaborated with 14 Ontario utility companies to launch Charge My Car, an online store and service to help consumers choose, buy and install electric vehicle charging stations• Wrote a guide for condominium boards, owners and property managers to install charging stations and recommended changes to the Condominium Act, 1998 to include EVs• Operational support, business strategy and marketing for Plug’n Drive’s educational campaign, providing 3,000+ electric vehicle test drives and reaching 40,000+ consumers

• Lead a team to develop a 20 year plan to protect the Blue Nile River and Lake Tana along the shores of Bahir Dar – improving the quality of life through environmental protection, improved sanitation, economic creation and food security• Facilitated stakeholder workshops and public meetings to gather feedback from residents, community leaders and government officials in Amharic and English• Analyzed socio-economic data from a census of 22,000 residents in two Addis Ababa neighborhood, leading to the identification of a cholera outbreak from contaminated water • Collaborated with an international team of academics and professions at the Lake Tana Conference at Bahir Dar University
