Uniquely completed two multidisciplinary courses including in 2021 the ARB/RIBA (Part II) and RTPI accredited MArch Architecture with Urban Planning at the University of Dundee and in 2018 the ARB/RIBA (part I) and IStructE/ICE accredited MEng Structural Engineering and Architecture at the University of Sheffield. At Dundee, we worked on an urban design project in collaboration with Tongi University based on the Old Town of Shanghai. I completed my thesis in collaboration with Perth & Kinross City Council on an Architecture and Urban Planning Research Project for post Covid-19 Perth City Centre. At Sheffield, I developed various Architectural and Structural Engineering design projects and my masters dissertation focused on 'Structural Design for Adaptability and Growth'.During my RIBA Part I placement in 2018/2019 I worked as both an Architectural Assistant and a Civil/Structural Engineer in St Lucia. During this time I provided consultancy and project management services for the design and construction of various bespoke houses, hotel resorts and guest houses, a yoga and meditation facility, and various utility infrastructure projects including the desilting of St Lucia's primary water reserve the John Compton Dam. This involved corresponding with the relevant Clients, Contractors, Authorities, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Suppliers and other stakeholders through various meetings, submittals and various digital media.I currently work as an Structural Engineer and Part II Architectural & Planning Assistant at Michael Aubrey Barrow in Wokingham. As a small Structural Engineering and Architecture Practice we carryout the encompassed planning, architectural and structural design of domestic scale and specialized commercial projects. I have flourished in this setting as I am able to adapt to requirements of the project and team through my broad multi professional background.As I continue my transdisciplinary career, I strive to become a chartered in the professions of Architecture, Planning and Engineering. I am currently undertaking my ARB/RIBA (Part III) PG Certificate Professional Practice and Management in Architecture as a part-time student at the University of West England, Bristol.
