Prepare credit memos for commercial loan customers for approval by analyzing financial, operating, and industry information to identify, assess, and mitigate risk in commercial loan relationships.

Responsible for underwriting and monitoring credit risk in commercial loan relationships including analyzing financial, operating, and industry information to identify, assess, and mitigate risk in commercial loan relationships with aggregate debt over $500,000.Prepare reports to track risk monthly, quarterly, or semi-monthly as needed (e.g. borrowing base, financial covenants, construction inspections, real estate report), as well as spread financial statements to allow more efficient review of commercial customers.Investigate, evaluate, and analyze financial statements related to debtor income, assets, and employment history in order to determine ability to pay.
