Working with Project Managers to achieve project success with minimal touch from the PMAssisting in Managing all onsite activities including: staff management, program management, sub-contractor management, scope management, stake-holder management, hygiene management, waste management and more! (up to the discretion of the PM)Providing onsite training and support to the developing team

Overseeing projects, including subcontractor’s coordination and scheduling works• Planning and writing scopes.• Performing risk assessments including surveys and audits.• Quality control and Asbestos assessments.• Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.• Develop and maintain hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, and asbestos management plans.• Collect samples of Asbestos contaminated dust (ACM), bulk ID materials for analysis.• Conduct audits at hazardous waste sites or industrial sites and participate in hazardous waste site investigations.• Collect samples of hazardous materials or arrange for sample collection.• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.• Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.• Direct and supervise workers.
