Since working at Woolworths, I have developed cohesive service and leadership skills to use in day to day life and future job prospects. I begun working at Woolworths as a regular Team Member, but over the years I have been entrusted with leading the Front End of the store during our busiest periods. This has allowed me to become very reliable at adapting to stressful situations to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with their time spent in our store. Leading the Front End has also allowed me to develop crucial leadership and people skills, as knowing your team personally and knowing their individual skillsets allows you as a leader to produce the best outcome and end product each time.
