I am an established management professional operating under the belief that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset and that success is achievable with a workforce that has the capabilities to deliver it. My multifaceted experience coupled with this system of thought has compelled me to optimize the way companies, teams, and leaders alike utilize training programs and educational initiatives. By working with and understanding the needs of diverse populations, I’m able to seamlessly deliver sustainable solutions that drive growth and improve operational efficacy. I’ve spent the past three years developing targeted learning plans for both in-person and virtual audiences, while fundamentally coaching enterprise leadership on how to improve training practices, streamline resource management, and enhance performance. I seek to help teams and organizational leaders learn how to lead themselves while dramatically impacting their performance. By challenging organizations to identify, embrace, and integrate individual value while capitalizing on the diversity of a team-centered environment, I’m able to inspire and lead the implementation of sustainable workforce development, communication, relationship management, performance planning, and training strategies. Together, in partnership with the individuals and teams I support, I design unique curriculum, training programs, and learning solutions in alignment with key performance indicators, data analysis, and established goals that meet the needs of a diverse workplace population, capitalizing on individual strengths in a collaborative, seamless way. This past year saw a major shift in the way we engage with one another. While I love in-person training events for the face to face interaction, I’ve learned to embrace the reality of the virtual environment—effectively navigating that need to connect by working with participants to understand their business needs and professional goals, both in-person and on-screen. Leveraging effective communication skills, an incessant need to be organized, and a passion for people, I’m able to bridge the gaps between leaders and their teams to address what’s working and what’s not—leading them to success. My success strategy is led by the contribution of notable value to both their personal and professional lives— eliminating my own bias from complex equations to support and encourage learning, change, and growth for others. I am a man of integrity and accountability, my words drive my actions, and those actions support results.
