Communication with employees on multiple levels.~Inspection of incoming parts to meet tolerances and code specifications.~Record heat numbers to weld maps to be used for part traceability.~Pull parts and cut piping according to prints. ~Overall inspection for defects and to insure all tolerances have been met and maintained.

Set pressures switches and proxy switches according to blue prints and specifications.~Check for proper operation, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, both hardware- and software- related. ~Take proper actions to resolve issues.~Gage and reference axis’s of movement.~Input/edit CNC summaries for cutting/grindings cycles.~Cut/grind parts and make.
