General job duties include:● Full responsibility of Accounts Receivable; production, recording, and delivery of all invoices tocustomers, following-up on past due invoices, coordination with customers regarding payment,depositing and recording payments, reviewing the aging report weekly, maintaining an organizedfiling system for paid and unpaid invoices.● Full responsibility of Accounts Payable; receiving of all vendor invoices, ensuring the validity ofeach invoice, coordination with vendors as needed, writing and sending checks for payment,reviewing the aging report weekly, maintaining an organized filing system for paid and unpaidinvoices.● Full responsibility for Payroll; entire payroll process completed weekly in-house. Review of eachemployee’s timecard, data entry, and writing of check; make payment for state and federal payrolltaxes; make payment toward 401(k) provider; maintain an organized folder for each payroll andits reports; entering of journal entries as needed for payroll transactions.● Monthly bank reconciliation processes.● Conduct month-end processes by: reviewing the general ledger; comparison of receivable andpayable aging reports to the trial balance; identifying and correcting any discrepancies.● Analyze monthly data with President to ensure compliance with the quality standards of ISO9001.
