As Regional Property Manager I supervise 8 mobile home parks located throughout California, in areas ranging San Luis Obispo to Rancho Mirage.My responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Managing personnel to create and maintain a professional atmosphere to conduct business. -Oversee day to day maintenance of the asset. This includes documenting and responding to any service requests in Park Owned Homes that are being rented out. -Initiate and see to completion any Capital Expenditure projects, as dictated by asset ownership groups. -Maintain property compliance with standards set forth by the Department of Housing and Community Development. -Help strategize initiatives to increase revenue through renovation of old homes, or working with dealers to place new homes. -Create an atmosphere of accountability for our team, where ongoing training and personal improvement are a priority. -Support the Executive team, including ownership and the General Manager in whatever ways are necessary to ensure smooth business function.As time goes by, I am confident I will be able to make a significant impact with internal forms, management guides, and training methods. In Regional capacity, I supervise property portfolio of three orange county mobile home parks, and their staffs. My responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel management, keeping the assets in compliance with standards as set forth by the Department of Housing and Community Development, support growth of each asset's profitability, while maintaining focus on ownership's Mission to provide affordable housing where community feeling is a priority.As Portfolio Coordinator I work with and answer to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management. As part of his team, I help develop and implement all policies and procedures from processing payments to deciding criteria for resident applications. Further, I am responsible for training of all management positions within the 20 community Caritas Portfolio regarding all aspects of their responsibilities in connection with the established policies and procedures.It is my responsibility to assess applications to rent for the entire portfolio, and either approve or deny them as dictated by established criteria.Further responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Development of both internal and external forms and checklists used at all assets. - Continued development and improvement of the Caritas website data. - Property visits to entire portfolio staff to ensure ongoing education and training are achieved. - Evaluate and approve or decline all resident applications for the 20 communities.

As first a consultant and later as an employee I represented Niagara Conservation in the field for sales and customer service. Working with end users in their homes, retail customers such as Home Depot or plumbing and real estate management contractor, and Municipal Water Districts seeking to advance water conservation initiatives within their partner cities, I shared and sold solutions.I performed visitations to customer locations (retail and private office) or work sites throughout the entirety of Southern California. I was asked to reach out via telephone to potential new customers, and exceeded the call numbers requested.Many times I would perform service calls to insure that products were installed correctly, and to guarantee the end purchaser stayed in love with our products and with our customer who they bought the product from. This required being able to come into the living room of a family and sooth whatever ruffled feathers may exist.
