As much as i am qualified in personal training, and certified in other areas within the fitness industry, such as nutrition for health & performance, life coaching and group fitness, i specialise in obesity & diabetes management and prevention. My knowledge in my study of diabetes and obesity is deep and heartfelt, and the mantra by which i work is helping adults recover or find a passion for exercise so that they can live the rest of their lives healthy, wholesome and free from pain. My 1on1 sessions are currently online or outdoors, working strictly with the government covid-safe practises. I also offer group classes online for very reasonable prices. My classes consist of teaching and educating on good exercise practises, and are tailored to suit the needs and goals that we have already set between us in your free consultation. Preventing injury, promoting mental integrity and positive health behaviours to counteract the effects of ageing is my mission. I differ from other trainers because i specialise in de-trained or untrained adults, including special populations, including medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis, COPD and more.
