With over 25 years restaurant experience with a direct focus on branding, conceptual design, construction, and program management, Joshua understands restaurant thru branding, design, construction, program management and the overall development process intimately. Joshua is an award winning restaurant designer and has received top honors from Chain Store Age Magazine, Retail Traffic Magazine and Visual Merchandising & Store Design Magazine (VS&MD) for the designs of; Cosi Restaurant, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Blue Restaurant and Hearth & Hill Restaurant.Joshua graduated from Montana State University in 1996 from the College of Arts & Architecture.In 2023 Joshua brought his Restaurant Branding and Development Knowledge along with his Program Management expertise to The ONE Group as their Vice President of Development & Design.
