* Provide Project/Test Management, control and guidance to the bank's transaction screening solution and other compliance applications.* Solely manage the end to end testing requirements that impact the transaction screening solution for the US Bank Transformation project.* Proactively analyze high hit rates in the bank's transaction screening solution and create exclusions to minimize impact to the Lines of Business.* Communicate with the Tuning team when exclusions would not significantly reduce false positives so rules could be built to minimize impact to the Lines of Business.* Partner between the Lines of Business, Software Delivery and Vendor leadership teams to enhance the Compliance System's program.* Assisted in the closing of critical audit findings by coordinating testing, crafting approved Global procedures, training the internal stakeholders and monitoring post implementation for a new global regression application.* Facilitate the coordination of screening assessments and assist in the Sanction Screening Re certification testing initiative every eighteen months.

* Provided test management, control and guidance to over twenty onshore and offshore testing team members.* Ensured all testing activities are planned for System and User Acceptance testing phases.* Liaised between General Compliance, Business and Software Delivery leadership teams.* Managed the Compliance System’s work stream for a large project to ensure customers and transactions are sanctioned screened and monitored for suspicious activity.

* Provided test management, control and guidance to the offshore testing team.* Disseminated the functional requirements to the offshore test team to craft detailed test scripts.* Facilitated meetings to bring HTS UK, SWDNA, NACD and our business partners together to meet deadlines and work effectively to complete tasks.* Ensured BSA/AML internal and IT projects are implemented on time and within cost. * Closely monitored HTS technical programmers to ensure they understand the functional requirements of the business unit.
