Our team of skilled chefs and event planners are dedicated to making every wedding celebration a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.By offering delicious, sustainable, and beautifully-presented food, we hope to contribute to the success and enjoyment of every event we serve, and to make a positive impact on the world around us in the process!Who is Pickled Pumpkin Catering?It all started with a passion for cooking and some really big ideas! as I have been cheffing since is was 15 years old.I gained years of valuable experience, keeping up to date with emerging food trends and innovative ingredients, and started my career as a head chef across rosette establishments, wedding venues and hotels and has since gained creative partnerships with many other prestigious venues.I formed ‘Pickled Pumpkin Catering’ in December 2019 to bring his vision to life – creating inspiring, high quality food for contract catering and events.Shortly after launch, we won our first large catering contract and we haven’t looked back since. In December 2020, Pickled Pumpkin Catering were asked by a local couple who enjoyed their time at The Pavilion over the duration of its opening to cater for their special day. We jumped at the opportunity, providing dishes such as trio of lamb, freestanding brûlée, with apple textures and more!2021 arrived and we were in full swing at the event centre, and we catered for 8 weddings. 2022 fulling over 380 weddings and events successfully, creating many great partnerships with venues in South Wales, Hereford and Bristol. Opening The Lodge Bistro with the local Cefn Tilla Court. 2023 is looking to be a record breaking year for us all, and we look forward to what other surprises that the year has in store for us.
