Coordinating capital projects between field assets and Control Rooms

• Utilize tools to operate and monitor pipelines, tank farms, terminals and associated systems including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), PLM, Logsheets and PI Trends.• Protect assets by monitoring and maintaining effective product quality and conduct volumetric balancing through diligent surveillance of pipelines and facilities.• Safely operate and monitor pipeline systems by ensuring accurate and efficient movement of commodities to/from designated locations by executing remote operations via teamwork and partnerships aligned with Control Center Protocol. • Mitigate the potential negative impact of events that are disruptive to our business by maintaining contact with field teams and customers.▪ Utilize continuous discretion to initiate changes of pump and delivery schedules to maintain overall product quality, safe operating conditions and a cost-efficient operation.

Industrial MaintenanceInstalled, maintained, troubleshot, and repaired liquid mixing, filling, and packaging equipment in a Food Grade environment. •Qualified in the operation, application and understanding of pressurized water reactor; nuclear power plant; nuclear theory and principles; heat transfer; fluid systems; plant chemistry; materials; radiological controls; reactor controls; reactor protection systems; nuclear power plant instrumentation; and operating procedures.•Trained in crisis evaluation and response to make time dependent and lifesaving decisions during reactor plant casualties and drills.•Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on vital reactor electrical systems including both digital and analog sytems; trained junior personnel on the use of technical schematics, technical manuals and test equipment to trouble shoot and repair system malfunctions.•Knowledgeable in the use and content of technical schematics, manuals, and system drawings. •Proficient in the use of digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and electronic testing equipment.•Qualified and Experienced in physical mechanical calibration as Departmental Calibration Program Coordinator and later Calibration Technician. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES•Extrusion operator for health and implant grade silicone tubing.•Maintain ISO 14644-1 Clean room standards for an ISO class 3 Production facility.•Prepare base materials adjusting batch samples for optimal cure rate and product quality.•Develop more efficient production processes.•Analyze batch materials for cure rates, toxicity, and life span.•Analyze production samples for porosity, color, dimensional specifications, and quality.•Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.•Adjust processing equipment to improve production efficiency and output.•Collect samples from production batches and test for impurities and defects.•Test product packaging to ensure it will maintain cleanliness integrity.•Track and maintain material history for Quality assurance systems.
