Apex Leadership Co. mission is to build leaders at thousands of schools and students across San Diego County and transformed by the power of leadership, fitness, and fundraising. During my time at Apex, I gave lessons about five healthy habits to become a leader. The habits are Proactive; leaders are prepared and don't wait till the last minute to get things done. Optimistic; leaders remain positive in any situation, even when it doesn’t work in your favor. Work It Out; find healthy ways to resolve conflicts and disagreements within yourself and others. Effort; give your best effort in everything you do. Reality Check; leaders have three reality checkpoints in life. They are Be Humble, Have Integrity, Be Responsible.My time with Apex Leardership was an eye-opening experience because of the five healthy habits. I discovered new values that helped me view my growth in personal and career. I am also grateful for knowing I made a impact on the future generations. The Apex Leadership San Diego team is supportive and professional. Thankful for my experience.

My time with AZpreps365 was such a great experience because I was given the opportunity to film and make highlight videos of a high school basketball tournament call Section 7. The tournament was a State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. I also did Q&As for AZpreps365. I interview talented football players about their success and what interest them besides football. The Q&As will be featured in the preseason Sollenburger AZpreps365 magazine.

I took a Sports Reporting class at Cronkite. In the class we were assigned a "beat" school to cover all sports. My beat school was Ironwood High School. I am grateful for The Walter Cronkite University having a great relationship with AZPreps365. The experience gave me the opportunity to improved my writing and interview skills.

I would write 20+ questions on a great variety of topics for a website called Zippolls. The topics were mainly politics, entertainment, trade and economy. During my time, I learned to work under a deadline and do proper research.

GoHam Radio is an independent streaming radio that supports the local music artists in San Diego. During my time with GoHam Radio I would go to local shows and interview the artists after their performance. It was my first time ever getting into the media industry and interviewing talent people. My favorite memory with GoHam Radio was when I interviewed influencer Michelle Diaz. I reached out to Miss. Diaz if she would like to do an interview and GoHam Radio helped me it happened.
