As the Mobile product grew, our Mobile Automation needed to scale. Assisted in building out the CI/CD pipeline to accommodate the growth. Built a simple Rails App that managed our regression users for automation.Maintained Appium scripts that were built in Ruby. Trained other manual testers on the framework. Researched and began migrating from Ruby to Python.

Performed manual tests on the Mobile product and wrote automation scripts. We started out using an in-house automation tool and then migrated to Appium. For Appium, we started out using JavaScript and then shifted to Ruby.Became the go-to tester for Accessibility and helped drive the initiative forward. Reached out and met with the Head of Accessibility at Utah State University to discuss needs. We received feedback and was offered help testing our product from individuals that required Accessibility. Later traveled with other Mobile Engineers to a client location in Seattle, WA where we sat down with leaders of the Mobile product to discuss their Accessibility needs.When I wasn’t testing or building out automation, I tackled smaller issues in the Mobile product using C++. Also began to help test the backend by running requests in Postman.
