As a member of the BASF Building Systems Customer Support Team, I act as a liaison between customers and various internal departments on product and order related issues. This includes but is not limited to the processing of orders, providing pricing and delivery information, answering questions pertaining to shipments, and the handling all other inquiries to ensure that customers receive services that meet or exceed their expectations.

Managed game-day operations for Junior A, Tier III junior hockey team based out of Bloomington, MN. Worked closely with General Manager and coaching staff to ensure needs of both team and front office were met. Met with on-ice and off-ice officials to coordinate schedule of game day operations to guarantee USA compliance.

Manage day to day material needs to construction projects, ranging from estimating of project costs to scheduling deliveries. Worked as point-person for serveral Outside Sales Representatives, to provide Inside Sales duties to assist in growing satisfaction and overall profitablity of customer base.
