An account manager for various DTC brands. I was responsible for strategizing, managing and executing retention efforts through email and SMS channels. This includes planning out monthly campaigns with a range of content from engagement, social content, upsells to sales, events, collabs and launches. It was also part of the job to set up automations that targets customers at different parts of their buyers journey, and send personalized messages.
