As the Director of CS Operational Excellence, I lead a range of initiatives designed to give our CS/CS OPS teams the processes and tools they need to provide a high-value (and cost-managed) client experience and drive the adoption and ongoing maintenance of those processes. This includes developing the required metrics and working with our Business Systems and IT teams to ensure we have the right tools, and to help them build the reports required to track our performance.My role requires two main strengths and focuses: The first is attention to detail that will ensure our processes and metrics are well-written and comply with all required regulations. The second is the ability to bring the global teams onside and drive the adoption of these processes and metrics by empowering the teams and taking a “work with” approach instead of “doing to.”
