I feel that with my sixteen years of culinary experience ranging from fast food to high end catering that I would be an asset to any restaurant or catering business. I also graduated from Corning Community College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in hospitality. I've also been a manager in the field for three years. I would like to continue learning the different aspects of management, possibly in hotel or different areas in the hospitality business. At this time I am not working, but I am trying to start my own sauce, rub, and marinade business called Angry Frenchman Sauces. I'm looking at going back to school for a bachelor's in industrial and organizational psychology.
