Responsible for the coordination of a caseload of intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals, including the arrangement of medical, psychological, financial, social, and spiritual care. Also supervised 6-8 support staff hired to complete shifts with individuals from caseload.

Responsible for the organization and development of summer camping program for at risk teenagers, including the contacting, and soliciting potential candidates for each trip. Also responsible for the planning and packing of each trip, food/food preparation, teaching of outdoors skills and overall care and safety of each camper throughout the entirety of the trip.
