About Joshua Gyson

I am the Pastor of St. Luke Lutheran Church, in Slinger, Wisconsin. I serve my community through a variety of pastoral care mediums, including Preaching, Bible Studies, Christian Education, and Home/Hospital Visitations. It brings me joy to walk with this congregation as we mutually discern God's will in our lives, and share in the mission to gather, empower, and serve.My first call as an Ordained Minister in the ELCA was with the congregation of All Saints, in Lutz, Florida. Before discerning a call to Ordained Ministry, I served the world that God loves in the Customer Service Industry. I was the Manager and Training Specialist for multiple companies in the Sarasota, Florida area. I have always taken delight in sharing joy with those with whom I work and interact. As a second-career Pastor, I bring with me professional skills from my management background, and ministry skills developed in multiple Church settings and Seminary training.
