He has also relished opportunities to lead and mentor others, many who like him entered the business with no experience, as they build their own careers in the mortgage industry. And he says the workplace culture – of teamwork and innovation – can’t be beat.The Columbia, South Carolina native earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Carolina. He worked for two years as a financial advisor before entering the mortgage industry. Josh often gives back to the community, including by helping with Habitat for Humanity builds through work and church. He coached his daughter’s soccer team for several years, as well. In his free time, Josh enjoys traveling, cooking, running, hiking and hanging out with his family. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, two daughters and two Labradoodles.
