I started Security and Event Solutions fresh to the Security Industry, working as a Door Supervisor with a range of roles and responsibilities. Every day is different, and working with vulnerable clients at homeless shelters, Universities and at our Event sites have only gone to improve my use of empathy, rapport and conflict management. I have recently been entrusted with supervisory roles, and work within the heart of SES as the logistics co ordinator, ensuring that festivals and events run smoothly, and have the equipment necessary to be run safely.

My responsibilities included , weekly bank reconciliations as delegated by my Finance manager, expense processing, preperation of weekly supplier payment runs, maintenance of the purchase ledger, making bank payments

My Responsibility’s were processing and paying invoices to a variety of vendors, I also had to chase outstanding invoices and query’s. I was part or the cleansing of current system in preparation for the new system. I have gained skills using SRM and SAP

As supervisor I was in charge or running part of the store, this required managing staff member and also training junior members of staff I was also required to learn store figures which I had to relay to staff members. I am relied on when opening and closing the store in the mornings and evenings. I was also trusted with cashing up at the end of shifts. and This experience has helped me gain a great sense of management and has given me management skills it has also further refined my customers service and sales skills
