I am a highly skilled and highly motivated BSE in chemical engineering out of Princeton University with ten-plus years of process development and process engineering experience in both R&D and manufacturing environments. With FMC Corporation, I obtained experience in DOE- and QbD-driven process development, process optimization, and process scale-up of agricultural chemical formulation processes through hands-on execution of lab-, pilot-, and commercial-scale campaigns. After FMC's acquisition of the former DuPont's active ingredient (AI) discovery engine, I transitioned from a role supporting formulations development to one supporting process development of new synthetic AIs. There, I worked to develop efficient, robust, and cost effective synthesis routes for the global AI pipeline alongside a team of process chemists, analytical chemists, and regulatory specialists. In my current role as a process engineer with Primient, I work to support manufacturing operations through daily process monitoring and troubleshooting while also working to improve process function and control by both upgrading existing and implementing new systems and processes.
