Josh is an Award Winning Air Force Air Traffic Controller and Real Estate Investor. Entering the final years of his Air Force career, his journey has brought him through two combat deployments and multiple moves. His talents in leadership and managing complex and detailed operations have earned him the position of ATC Tower Chief Controller. In this role, he is trusted with the management of a $16M Air Traffic Control facility and leading 20+ military and civilian controllers.Preparing for his military retirement and transition into civilian life, Josh is pursuing his lifelong dream of Real Estate Investment! Starting with Single and Multi-Family Rentals, Josh has set his sights on Large Multi-Family and Recreational Property Development.
