I completed a comprehensive training programme and hands-on work experience, working on a variety of evaluation projects. Working full-time from June to September and then part-time until December I gained hands-on experience applying new skills while working in the Impact Partnerships department and contributed to a range of different projects and tasks, including:- Data cleaning, matching and graph creation in Excel- Running descriptive analysis of survey data - Drafting evaluation reports - Managing email and phone communications with schools to collect data across avariety of partnerships

Worked within the University of Edinburgh Digital Library department to complete an extensive research project on the role Wikimedia can play in the research and heritage sector, with the primary aim of increasing the reach of university collections. The project was highly independent and required me to compile evidence and conduct research regarding the use of Wikimedia in academia. I organised and led meetings with Wikimedia experts from academic institutions across the world, from the United States to New Zealand as well as with staff across Edinburgh.
