Weekly compilation of data into a report which is shared with the upper management and directors.Assisted clients with bulk data analysis, exporting data tables in excess of 100,000 rows to give them figures on overall asbestos risk across their site stock and potential insurance liabilities. Consulting clients on data exports, drafting software specifications and working with our software provider to create client specific exports to allow for seamless transfer between our own asbestos data capture system and clients in house asbestos databases.Improved system utilisation and optimised workflow within our AlphaTracker asbestos software. Creation of excel macros and basic SQL queries to automate daily tasks.Tracking and reporting progress to clients regarding their compliance programmes, ensuring KPI's are met and improved upon where necessary. Managing workload and outlook calendars for 20+ site staff, preparing job folders for them to reference on site, including scoping documents and site plans.Provision of quotes and measure sheets for CapEx projects, for both ADHOC and contracted clients.
