I have a proven track record for delivering complex projects for a variety of Clients. My experience includes new build Wet & Dry Leisure facilities, Higher Education facilities and a mixture of education/ private sector Science & Research facilities. Of late, my career focus has centred around the delivery of complex refurbishment projects in the Leisure and Science and Research sectors- I find the fast track nature of these projects gives the best results on the job satisfaction meter! Having been in the industry for 10 years as a PQS, I moved into specialist fit-out & refurbishment contracting (Orientrose Contracts Limited) in Q32021 and have since taken up the Managing Director role where I intend to build on my previous sector experience. Orientrose delivers projects anywhere between £50k to £5M, for which we intend to continue to be recognised as the go-to Contractor in the Leisure sector in this value band where we believe we are most competitive in all aspects (time, cost & quality).
