At VoltEdge Learning, my role as Director of Training encapsulates a commitment to advancing tech education through Microsoft platforms, ranging from AI to Azure to end user adoption. The synergy between my multilingual fluency and technical certifications is key to my mission to make technology accessible across language barriers. Aside from preparing and directing trainings, I also am a full-time trainer myself. My journey as an IT Instructor at System Support Japan was marked by enabling students to navigate the complexities of IT with clarity and confidence. Our united efforts resulted in fostering a robust learning environment where Japanese and English served as dual conduits for technological empowerment. My career has largely revolved around educating others in some fashion, and I truly do think it is my calling and passion.
