Preparing Monthly P&L Reports and compare against budgets and report variances to set KPI. Doing necessary monthly journal to correct posting erro and review all expenses for all cost centers on a weekly basis to make sure cost is correctly taken up. Do monthly amortization of Finance and Operating Lease and also take up new leases by doing the necessary journals. Amortising monthly depreciation expense and accumulating appreciation for the group for all cost centers and take up additional assets and disposal of fixed assets to recognise loss and gain. Looking after all Capital Work in Progress for the group and report the expenditure variances against budget to various managers on a weekly basis. Recognising CWIP when completed. Amortising monthly prepaid insurance and other prepayments. Moreover I coordinate month end reporting process to make sure month end dead lines are achieved.
