Over the course of my life and career, I have gained a variety of skills. As a Systems Engineer, I have also had to be a Project Manager. When I was in IT support, I had to be a client manager. As a project manager for Luminary Transformations, again, I have had to manage people and my relationship with them as vendors, making our business relationships feel like partnerships, despite being parts of separate entities. People, and our relationships with them are the deciding factor as to whether a project succeeds or fails. I am routinely faced with challenges to evaluate specific technologies and their ability to meet operating requirements. I am seeking an opportunity where I can contribute to company growth and technological expansion through change, refinement and improvement. In obtaining my MBA, I also gained leadership and business operations knowledge, which has been invaluable in creating high-level vision plans for the future of my projects, and then implementing them.I have the experience and ability to design, lead and supervise the development and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions to meet challenging business demands. At Cerner Corporation, I was one of only 70 people (out of 20,000) chosen to participate in a leadership development program designed to develop future executive level associates.I also have extensive experience in business process reengineering and workflow analysis techniques. I led a team which analyzed and ultimately reduced the call volume in the Immediate Response Center at Cerner. This allowed highly trained engineers to focus on relevant issues while non-emergent calls were taken by the first-tier call center. I can provide contributions to the vision, strategy and long-range development plans of technical support services infrastructure through organizational, leadership, team building and project management initiatives.
