I work on a small research team specializing in computational microbiology simulating the immune system's response to an Aspergillosis fungal infection in CompuCell3D.

Lead a team of software engineers to increase scale of automation application. Made use of Jira to facilitate agile development of the program, code was collaborated upon with GitHub.

Developed an application to generate engineering drawings, financial estimates, bills of materials, and purchase agreements based on properties of the hangar door system. Technologies used in the program were Tauri, Svelte, and Tailwindcss. Languages used were Rust, Svelte, and Python. The front end of the application was created with Svelte and Tailwindcss. The backend was written in Rust via Tauri, along with running python scripts to perform calculations, PDF creation, and Excel sheet creation.
