Maintenance planner & scheduler for maintenance and repair contract sites in the Hunter Valley NSW Australia that includes a fleet of 18 x Hitachi EH5000AC2 dump trucks and Hitachi excavators 1 x EX8000-6, 1 x EX8000-6 shovel, 3 x EX5500's and 2 x EX2500's.Contracts management and review.Managing & scheduling personnel and resources according to maintenance plan taking into consideration requirements of sub contract supplier services.Short term & long term planning.Process implementation and process control.Maintenance and cost forecasts.Data analysis.Performance reporting.Managing W.I.P from planning through to reconciliation, accounting and invoicing.Backlog management.Calculating alternative maintenance strategy possibilities.Implementing maintenance strategies to increase reliability and availability economically to also reduce costs.Cost saving initiatives and strategic business finance forecasting, financial planning and management.

Leading hand working 7 day coverage rosters and regular nightshifts in particular coordinating and supervising component overhauls of Hitachi excavator and Hitachi dump truck mining equipment components as well as everyday workshop requirements.QA, process implementation and control, strip reporting, creating QA documents such as checklists, writing component overhaul safe work procedures and guidelines including photos of each step of the process and tooling required.

New machine builds of Hitachi excavators and fleets of Hitachi haul trucks including Hitachi EH4500-2 haul truck fleets, Hitachi EX2500, EX3500, EX3600, EX5500's.Servicing and maintenance of customers Hitachi mining equipment on various mine sites throughout the Hunter Valley NSW Australia including major shutdowns.Component overhauls in workshop.
