Highlights include:-Starting Lineup: Created and launched a new sports action figure line tied to the NBA, MLB, and NFL. Working closely with partners at Fanatics, league owners, and player’s associations, as well as partners at Nike, Reebok, and Wilson and others, we successfully launched the new brand Starting Lineup on time and on budget. -Fortnite: Pitched and won the rights to develop and produce product tied to the Fortnite franchise. Product included action figures, collectables, vehicles, and other items for the action aisle at retail.-Selfie Series: Team invented a new process for delivering customized action figures based on scanned images of consumers. Working closely with licensed partners, the project included new branding, new manufacturing facility upstart, and new technology implementation. -My team also developed and launched licensed product lines based on Indiana Jones (Disney), Dungeons and Dragons (Wizards of the Coast), and Ghostbusters (Sony), with a focus on the adult fan and innovative play.-My team successfully reimagined the process for delivering Hasbro's crowd sourced Haslabs to market successfully, launching 6 projects in a row resulting in over $40M in sales.
