Joshua started growing his real estate business 6 years ago. In that timespan he has been able to acquire 9 multi family properties (36 units) in his personal rental portfolio that he holds with his wife Crystal, while managing a handful of other portfolios in the Milwaukee area. Joshua Founded MEYER REI a real estate acquisitions company that has purchased properties all over the United States. The companies main focus from 2021-2023 was purchasing pre foreclosures in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Tampa and Milwaukee. The company has also purchased properties in Tuscaloosa AL and south Florida. As of June 2023 MEYER REI is primarily focused in the south east Wisconsin market. At the height of the company there were nearly 100 1099 contractors working on behalf of the company. There are currently 8 salaried employees handling multiple operations within the company. With over $5,000,000 in sales revenue in the last 2 years, MEYER REI will continue to grow and become a major real estate company in SE Wisconsin. Joshua is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Wisconsin. He is the cofounder of CJSM Estates, LLC, a Multi Family acquisitions company focused on using creative financing. (Seller financing, Master leases.. etc.)When Joshua first started investing he found it difficult to find mentors. This gave him the idea of creating a real estate investors club. He founded MY-NRI (Milwaukee Young/New Real Estate Investors.) MY-NRI helps all investors get started in real estate.
