As the Parks, Golf, and Facilities Superintendent at City of Orono, I oversee the maintenance and improvement of the city's parks, golf course, and public buildings. I have a degree in Turfgrass Management from Penn State, and over 11 years of experience in golf course maintenance and management. I have developed skills in presentations, problem solving, and building maintenance, and I enjoy working with a diverse and dedicated team of staff and contractors. My core competencies include turfgrass management, irrigation, pest control, budgeting, and customer service. My mission is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable environment for the residents and visitors of Orono, and to promote the benefits of green spaces and recreation.
