As a Data Modeler at UniSuper, I contribute to maintaining and enhancing the Data Model repository by delivering high-quality, business-focused data solutions. In this role, I was instrumental in supporting regular reporting delivered to UniSuper's Board, Committees and Executive team. Alongside this, I played an integral part alongside others within the 'Risk Analytics and Insights' team to the constant monitoring and improvement of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system - used to assist the UniSuper Risk Community with the appropriate monitoring of risk related topics. Key achievements include: - Worked in small teams on multiple occasions to create Business Intelligence dashboards (Power BI) adopted by the Risk community to track assurance activities and gauge risk culture throughout the enterprise and different grains. - Heavily involved with multiple report restructures that are provided to the Board, Committees and Executive team. Trusted expert on data capabilities provided by the GRC system to create story-telling visuals. - Improved control management capabilities of control owners by designing and implementing a new control management register and control assessment register that is in line with the control management framework and other adopted risk frameworks. - Created and designed several new registers that expanded the capabilities and versatility of the GRC system. Conducted numerous workshops that engaged and involved business SME's in the design process. - Utilised automated workflow capabilities of the GRC system to streamline Governance, Risk and Compliance management
