Responsibilities include:-Sent overseas for 3 months to Reading, England to fill in for vacant development manager position, oversaw 15+ system upgrades across European Client’s, and trained development team on Agile. Successfully migrated the European offices onto a Scrum backlog and bi-weekly sprints for optimized engineering work-Led hiring efforts for open position while in England office, successfully filling the role with a team member still with that company today -Global Upgrade of Applications to Automated Deployment Software -Global Upgrading of Applications to newest code bases using C#, Javascript, and SQL Stored Procs-Upgrading stand alone processes to new technologies -Development of new features -Correcting reported system bugs -Utilizing an agile model to ensure efficient turnaround
